Authored by nineteen respected international law experts under the auspices of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, Tallinn Manual 2.0 on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Operations, the updated and considerably expanded second edition of the 2013 Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare, is an influential resource for legal advisers dealing with cyber issues.

Ms Liis Vihul of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, will present the report's key findings followed by an expert panel, including Professor Michael Schmitt, Senior Fellow at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence and Professor Tim McCormack of the Melbourne Law School. The panel will be moderated by Associate Professor Robert McLaughlin of the Australian National University College of Law.

The event will conclude with a morning tea.
